Diona uses Hold Skill for a shield and Cryo particles, then Burst for healing. Choice Treasures adds three Icy Paws after qualifying reactions, but those extra paws do not create shields or particles. At C6, characters inside her Burst field gain 200 EM only above 50% HP, and the corresponding Radiance state adds 40% reaction damage. These bonuses require C6 and staying inside the field. Instructor grants 120 EM for 8 seconds only after Diona triggers a reaction while on field. Its 4-star stats reduce her shield compared with HP-focused 5-star artifacts.
