In Genshin Impact 2.2, there is a starter quest line – Through the Mist. In this quest, you are required to find the three perches and make offer to them. This guide provides locations of the perches and how to make offer to the perchesu.
1. You will receive the quest “Through the Mist’ automatically. After finished several steps, you will arrive Tsurumi Island and you are required to make offer to three perches on the Island.
First Perch at Chirai Shrine
2. Location of first perch is at Chirai Shrine. You can refer to following pictures.This is the easiest one that you only need to gather the feathers to make the offer. 
Second Perch at Shirikoro Peak
2. Location of second perch is at Shirikoro Peak. You can refer to following pictures. This part is the most complicated part of the whole quest.
3. At first, you have to find three Seelie nearby. The water level of the pool down below will be lowered.
4. You can see the feathers now. After touching them, they will escape.
5. After following the feathers. You will come to a place as below. Place the relay stones as below.
6. Activate the cube and the gate will open.
7. After getting in the gate, You can collect the second feather. Then, you have to find three Seelie to lower the water level. 
8. Locations of the three Seelies are as below 
9. Activate the cube and the water level will be lowered.
10. There are three relay stones. Place them as below. 
11. Activat the cube and the gate will open. You can collect the final feather inside
Third Perch at Autake Plains
13. Location of third perch is at Autake Plains. You can refer to following pictures. You just have to clear the monsters near the feathers in order to collect them.
The rest of the quest is easy and you just need to follow the quest in order to finish it.
