Soukaku Mechansim

Fly the Flag Skill
Soukaku’s unique “Fly the flag” skill transmits the ATK increase effect to teammates, enhancing the team’s damage output. This makes Soukaku the most versatile fast-swap attack support and the best partner for Ellen in the current version.

Support Performance
Soukaku’s support performance is entirely dependent on the “Fly the flag” skill. Hold the special attack can activate “Fly the flag” at zero cost. It increases its own attack power based on Soukaku’s ATK and can actively trigger the next teammate’s support attack, passing the ATK increase buff to the supporting teammate. Additionally, Soukaku can use Ex Special attack, Chain attack, and ultimate to stack vortex on weapons. When activated, these vortices are consumed to enchant the weapon, increasing Soukaku’s attack speed and doubling the ATK buff, while also enhancing other ice attribute teammates’ ice damage.

Soukaku Build

Soukaku Best W-Engine

The top recommendation is Bashful Demon, which is the signature W-engine of Soukku. The Ex Special of Soukaku is multiple-hits, so the effect of the W-engine can be fully utilized. Kaboom the Cannon is alternatives, which can increase Decibels’ acquistion and restore energy of Soukaku.

While Weeping Cradle serves as Rina’s signature W-engine, its energy restoration effect is essential for Soukaku.

In early game stage, [Reverb] Mark III can be used as transitional choice.

Sub Stats

4 pcs Freedom is the top choice for Soukaku. It can reduce the Anomaly Buildup RES of enemies, especially in an Ice Team, increasing the coverage rate of enemies being frozen. For the remaining slots, Shockstar Disco is commonly suggested as it increases Impact to assist in Daze of enemies. Polar Metal is also an option.

For main stats, Slot 4 should use Anomaly Proficiency (AP) to increase Anomaly DMG, Slot 5 is recommended to use HP% or DEF%, and Slot 6 should use Energy Regen (ER) to maximize Soukaku’s frequency of using Ex. For sub-stats, stack AP, HP%, and DEF%, similar to the main stats.

Soukaku Team

Soukaku Pure Ice Team

In the Pure Ice Team, Bangboo should prioritize Sharkboo, with Penguinboo as the second choice, as both can facilitate faster Ice buildup. This team easily activates the cores of all three characters, encompassing the three basic functions of Stun, Support, and Attack. Soukaku’s unique buff is her Frost Banner. While Soukaku transit to “Fly the Flag”, Soukaku can be boosted in Attack and Ice DMG. When Fly the Flag hits an enemy, Reactive Assist can be triggered unconditional. If next agent is swtiched under Reactive Assist, the Attack and Ice DMG buff will be transferred to the next agent, in this scenario, will be Ellen.

However, as the core duo of the pure ice team, Ellen and Soukaku need someone who can break through and shorten the time required to Daze period. Lycaon perfectly fits their needs while also providing a substantial amount of Ice buildup skills. It must be said, Lycaon is the optimal choice for a Stun character in the current Pure Ice Team.

Soukaku Ice Team

This team’s strategy is similar to the Pure Ice Team. In the absence of Lycaon, Koleda can be chosen as a substitute.

However, this is not a complete team because Koleda’s passive cannot be triggered in this team.
