Sampo best Key Eidolons
Sampo is a Wind element character in Honkai Star Rail. He is an eloquent mercenary from The Underworld who takes on a variety of jobs, as long as he’s paid well for them.
As a Nihility, Sampo specializes in debuffing opponents using his impair skills and ultimate abilities.

Crystallize
Increases wearer’s Effect Hit Rate by 40%/45%/50%/55%/60%. When the wearer deals DMG to an enemy inflicted with Wind Shear, Burn, Shock, or Bleed, they will individually gain 1 stack of Prophet. This effect can stack up to 4 times. In a single battle, each type of DoT can only generate 1 stack of Prophet. Every stack of Prophet increases wearer’s ATK by 5%/6%/7%/8%/9% and the DoT dealt will ignore 7.2%/7.9%/8.6%/9.3%/10% of the target’s DEF.

4 Set Effect – For every DoT the target enemy is afflicted with, the wearer will ignore 6% of its DEF when dealing DMG to it. This effect is valid for a max of 3 DoTs.
2 Set Effect – Increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%. When the wearer’s SPD reaches 120 or higher, the wearer’s ATK increases by another 12%.

Main DPS
Kafka is a Main DPS in the team. Kafka’s ultimate applies DoT on enemies and her skill deals additional DMG to enemies with DoT.
Ruan Mei
Support
Ruan Mei increases the damage dealt by allies. and extends the duration of Weakness. It is important to maintain a Skill ➜ Normal Attack➜ Normal Attack cycle to ensure that the “Overtone” effect remains active continuously.
Sampo(E6)
Sub DPS
Sampo’s Ultimate Skill can increase damage from all DoT effects on enemies.
Luocha
Healer
Luocha’s skill restores HP of allies based on his ATK. Luocha’s Ultimate dispels enemies’ debuff and deal Imaginary AoE DMG to enemies. When stack of “Abyss Flower” reaches 3, a field is applied on enemy. Allies’s HP is restored by attacking enemy with the shield.
