Calls forth a Spirit Blade passed down through generations of the Vila to deal AoE Anemo DMG, then switches to the Armed for Action mode and gains 2 stacks of Sword Essence.
Armed for Action
DMG dealt by Vesna with her Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks become Anemo DMG that cannot be overridden by another elemental infusion instead. She will also summon a wind pinion that attacks the opponent at the same time, dealing additional Anemo DMG. Each time the wind pinion is summoned, Vesna will regenerate a certain amount of Sword Essence.
Vesna can consume Sword Essence to unleash the special Elemental Skill Windborne Sword, which deals to the opponent Anemo DMG.
Each use of the special Elemental Skill Windborne Sword in the same instance of Armed for Action will increase the level of Windborne Sword, beginning from Lv. 1 to Lv. 3 max, for more Anemo DMG. Using Windborne Sword at Lv. 2 and Lv. 3 will also summon a Spirit Blade which deals Anemo DMG.
Vesna will exit the mode when its duration ends or when she has used Windborne Sword at the highest level 3 times. Exiting will clear all remaining Sword Essence she has accrued.
Additionally, when in this mode, Vesna’s resistance to interruption is increased.
Radiance: Stellar Swirl: DMG dealt with the Spirit Blade becomes Anemo DMG that is also considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG.

Summons multiple Spirit Blades, dealing AoE Anemo DMG. Also gains a stack of Sword Essence.
After Vesna uses the special Elemental Skill Windborne Sword or the Elemental Burst For the Tsaritsa!, she also gains 1 stack of Disciplinary Action which lasts 20s. Max 6 stacks, and the duration of each stack is independent of the others’.
When she has Disciplinary Action stacks active, the Spirit Blade summoned by Vesna will deal DMG at 100% of original DMG + (10% × Disciplinary Action stack count) instead. All active stacks of Disciplinary Action are cleared when Vesna uses the Elemental Skill The Art of Victory or when she leaves the field.
Radiance: Stellar Swirl: Vesna will gain the corresponding effect based on the Elemental Type of her party members:
· For every Cryo or Anemo character in her current party, Vesna’s ATK increases by 6%; and
· For every character of all other Elemental Types in her current party, Vesna’s Elemental Mastery increases by 25 instead.
When party members trigger Cryo Swirl, it will be changed to a Stellar Swirl reaction, and party members’ Base DMG for the Stellar Swirl will be increased based on Vesna’s ATK. Every 100 ATK she has increases the Base Stellar Swirl DMG by 0.7%. The maximum DMG increase that can be gained this way is 14%.
After a party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction nearby, Vesna enters the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s.
Holding on Sprint or Jump when Vesna is not in combat will cause her to enter the Coursing state.
Coursing
Continuously consumes Stamina to hover in mid-air. Sprinting or tapping Jump to go higher expends additional Stamina. Including the hold on Jump that triggers Coursing, Vesna can go higher up to 3 times in each instance of the Coursing state.
Additionally, in Snezhnaya (excluding Nod-Krai), when Vesna is switched onto the field while the currently active party member is in mid-air and not in combat, she will immediately enter the Coursing state and regenerate 50 Stamina. This effect can trigger once every 10s, and does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or the Spiral Abyss.

Vesna Constellation Level 1
When in the Armed for Action mode, Vesna can unleash Windborne Sword at the highest level 4 times instead of 3. Also, each time she enters the Armed for Action mode, she will not consume Sword Essence the first time she uses Windborne Sword at the highest level.
Additionally, Vesna deals 20% increased Stellar Swirl reaction DMG when in the Armed for Action mode.
Vesna Constellation Level 2
When in Masterstroke mode, after the special Elemental Skill Etched Into Bone and Soul hits an opponent or the Elemental Burst Vesna is unleashed, Vesna gains “Evilsbane Blade” for 4s: The next time Vesna hits an opponent with a Normal or Charged Attack while in Masterstroke mode, he will follow up with an additional strike that deals AoE Cryo DMG equal to 300% of his ATK, and increase the Elemental Mastery of other nearby party members by 200 for 8s. Evilsbane Blade can be triggered once every 4s.
Vesna Constellation Level 3
Increases the Level of the Elemental Skill The Art of Victory by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Vesna Constellation Level 4
The Ascension Talent Truth Prevails is enhanced: Its ATK and Elemental Mastery bonuses increase to 3 times their original values.
Vesna Constellation Level 5
Increases the Level of the Elemental Burst For the Tsaritsa! by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Vesna Constellation Level 6
Tapping on Normal Attack or Elemental Skill in the 5s after Vesna uses Windborne Sword at its highest level will unleash the secret Vila ability Windborne Sword: Transpose, dealing Anemo DMG at 150% of Vesna’s ATK as well as summoning a Spirit Blade which deals an additional instance of Anemo DMG at 200% of Vesna’s ATK. If Vesna is in the Armed for Action mode, she will also summon a wind pinion to perform Coordinated Attacks against opponents.
Additionally, Vesna’s Stellar Swirl reaction DMG dealt is elevated by 20%.

This effect can trigger once every 0.1s. Max 3 stacks, and each stack’s duration is independent. At 3 stacks, the CRIT DMG of any Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG caused by the equipping character is increased by 50%/65%/80%/95%/110%, and triggering Stellar Glimmer reactions or Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG will also restore 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 Elemental Energy to the character. This Energy recovery effect can trigger once every 3.5s. Can be triggered even when the equipping character is off-field.
A part of the “Millennial Movement” that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10%/12.5%/15%/17.5%/20%. When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” for 12s. “Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance” increases Normal, Charged and Plunging Attack DMG by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% and increases ATK by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the “Millennial Movement,” buffs of the same type will not stack.
When the Traveler equips this, their CRIT DMG increases by 6% for every Element they have resonated with. Additionally, the Traveler’s ATK will also increase by 16%/20%/24%/32%/40% for 8s, and regenerate 3/3/5/5/5 Elemental Energy, after they attack and hit an opponent. This effect can trigger once every 5s. This can be triggered even when the character is not on the field.
Triggering an Elemental Reaction increases the equipping character’s ATK by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% for 12s. Triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field.

This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s. This effect can still be triggered even when the character who is using this artifact set is not on the field.
Equip it when there is another Sub DPS whose damage is higher than Vesna.
2-Pc: ATK +18%.
4-Pc:
Increases the equipping character’s ATK by 12% for 12s when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. The above effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field, and the DMG bonus from multiple Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.

Vesna
Vesna is the first on-field main DPS built around the new Stellar-Conduct reaction. She primarily deals damage through a rotation of her Elemental Skill and Charged Attacks, while pairing with an Electro teammate to enable Stellar-Conduct damage. Her Elemental Burst also deals Stellar-Conduct DMG over a larger area, providing additional burst damage.

Yae Miko
Yae’s elemental skill provides continuous Electro attachment even at off field.
When a nearby party member triggers a Superconduct or Stellar-Conduct reaction, Yae enters Radiance: Stellar-Conduct – Yae’s elemental skill is enhanced that deals Stellar-Conduct DMG.

Alyosha is a support for Stellar-Conduct teams. By using his Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst in succession, he provides the on-field character with ATK, Stellar-Conduct DMG bonuses, and Elemental Mastery buffs. He can also provide healing to help sustain the team.
