Tirion Fordring Best Build

Tirion Fordring has 2 fixed Alliance slots and 1 Tank slot. The bottom 3 slots are chosen from 8 options: Unbound, Cycle, Ranged, Alliance, Squad, Flying, Spell, Siege, excluding Elemental and Fast slots.

Tirion Fordring General Build

Looking at the 2 Alliance slots, the first choices should be the two S-tier units from his faction, Gryphon Rider and S.A.F.E. Pilot.

Gryphon Rider itself is very suitable for slow advancement as a versatile output. With Tirion Fordring, even if it suffers some damages, it can be healed immediately. S.A.F.E. Pilot needs no further explanation, it’s an all-around troops. With the Fortification talent, the Footmen, a unit that players with little to medium in-game purchases generally wouldn’t nurture, becomes extraordinarily tough when paired with Tirion Fordring, forming a very tanking team. Looking at the bottom 3 slots, for Tirion Fordring’s advancing formation, the priority of choosing is different from other leaders.

Ranged units is definitely the first choice, after all, he doesn’t have an Elemental slot. Appearing in this position, the first choice is undoubtedly the strongest advancing back-line unit, Necromancer. The skeletons it summons can also take advantage of Tirion Fordring’s group healing ability. The little skeletons can also slow down enemy units to increase Tirion Fordring’s survival rate. The Dark Iron Miner can help Tirion Fordring better control distant gold mine resources. With the Dark Iron Armaments talents, it can also follow Tirion Fordring to resist towers and play a residual role. Lastly, there’s the Murloc Tiderunner (with the Safety Bubble talent).
