Ganyu is a powerful Cryo DPS in Genshin Impact at the moment. Ganyu Main DPS and Sub DPS Build are mostly used by travelers. Her Elemental Burst can keep triggering element reaction while dishing out strong damage.
Ganyu has different ways to help the party. Not only can dish out DPS within a short period of time by using the Elemental Burst, but her Elemental Skill also helps trigger element reaction easily. Coalesces atmospheric frost and snow to summon a Sacred Cryo Pearl that exorcises evil.
During its ability duration, the Sacred Cryo Pearl will continuously rain down shards of ice, striking opponents within an AoE and dealing Cryo DMG.
Ganyu can bring down sweet rains as a matter of course. But against demons and heretics, they become bitter, freezing snow.

Ganyu Constellation Level 1
Charge Level 2 Frostflake Arrows or Frostflake Arrow Blooms decrease opponents’ Cryo RES by 15% for 6s upon hit.
A hit also regenerates 2 Energy for Ganyu. This effect can only occur once per Charge Level 2 Frostflake Arrow, regardless if Frostflake Arrow itself or its Bloom hits the target.

Opponents standing within the AoE of Celestial Shower take increased DMG. This effect strengthens over time.
Increased DMG taken begins at 5% and increases by 5% every 3s, up to a maximum of 25%.
The effect lingers for 3s after the opponent leaves the AoE.

Increases the Level of Trail of the Qilin by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

Using Trail of the Qilin causes the next Frostflake Arrow shot within 30s to not require charging.
Ganyu uses Cryo Charged Attacks and her off-field Burst. Build ATK, Cryo DMG Bonus and CRIT. Freeze builds should account for Undivided Heart and Blizzard Strayer when balancing CRIT Rate; Melt builds also value Elemental Mastery. Hunter’s Path is a weapon, not an artifact set.
High Damage: Ganyu’s damage output is comparable to Neuvillette. She only requires Crit DMG and ATK when used in a Freeze composition. Otherwise, if not using the Blizzard Strayer or Hunter’s Path set (with Hunter’s Path being more effective with Furina), she needs around 35% Crit Rate.
