Grommash Hellscream has 2 fixed Horde slots and 1 Squad slot. The bottom 3 slots are chosen from 7 options: Unbound, Cycle, Ranged, Fast, Flying, Spell, Horde, excluding Elemental, Tank, and Siege Damage slots.
For the Horde slots, the preferred choices are the Stonehoof Tauren and Darkspear Troll. For the Squad slot, the preferred choice is the Harpies. These are all high-quality units. For the bottom 3 slots, Unbound, Cycle, and Ranged are recommended, with Spells depending on your needs. For the Unbound slot, the Quilboar is the first choice. For the Cycle slot, the choices are still Witch Doctor, Murloc Tidehunters. Lastly, Faerie Dragon can provide resistant to allies.
Grommash Hellscream, in particular, needs to pay attention to positioning. He needs other troops to provide him with enough cover to successfully attack the target.
