In the Bloodmage Thalnos lineup, the top has 2 fixed Undead slots and 1 Spell slot, and the bottom 3 slots are chosen from 7 options from Elemental, Cycle, Tank, Unbound, Squad, Fast, and Undead. The Bloodmage Thalnos’s team does not have Siege Damage, Flying, or Ranged slots.
The build of the Bloodmage Thalnos is constructed around the front-line. As a squishy back-line unit that benefits more the longer it survives, it is necessary to carry a Tank. Therefore, when the Undead slot does not need to carry a functional unit, it can carry a combination of the Necromancer and Abomination, or the Necromancer and Ghoul. Carrying the Abomination in the front line is more stable, and the Abomination can also restrain the opponent’s back line, but the cost of Abomination is high and more suitable for PvE situations. Elemental and Unbound slots can still be the first choice and carry the S.A.F.E. Pilot and Whelp Eggs. The choice of carrying the Harpies in the Squad/Fast slot or the Gryphon Rider in the Cycle slot is also common, which can make up for the lack of output to single high-health targets. Blizzard is very powerful, securing the position of the strongest spell card.
