Capture the Black Marketer and bring him back to your base to continuously refresh his inventory and purchase Lamball.

Keep Pals with the passive skills [Swift-Lamball] and [Runner-Lamball] for breeding, and you can easily obtain a Lamball with [Swift+Runner].

Then, use this Lamball (Parent 1) with a Cinnamoth that doesn’t have any passive skills for breeding.

By doing so, the bred Fenglope will inherit the Speed level mentioned above.
