Unlock the World Tree in Palworld 1.0: clear every Tower Boss, catch Panthalus with the Echoing Flute, then open the barrier and finish the Sealed Calamity.
How to Unlock the World Tree
The World Tree stays sealed until you finish the Panthalus questline. Walking up to the terminal alone does nothing.

Prerequisites
For Sunreach: use the Feybreak Tower roof portal -> disable 6 defense modules -> beat Auri & Shaolong -> talk to Auri.
Bring a fast flying mount.
Unlock Steps
Find the researcher
Go to Deserted Islet (east of Ice Wind Island). Talk to the Ancient Civilization Researcher to start the Panthalus quest and mark four whale remains.
Collect 4 Echobones
Pick up 
Crashing Wave / Stillness / Bubbling / Sea Breeze Bone from the marked whale skeletons.
Craft Echoing Flute
Craft at any workbench with all four Echobones. Stock 
Pal Spheres before the fight.
Open the World Tree
Talk to the researcher again for To The World Tree, fly to the terminal, and interact. The barrier drops permanently.

1. Three Guardians
Read the journal by the inner barrier, then defeat three Level 78 Boss Pals.
2. Key Sphere Door
Need all eight faction Tower Key Spheres. Clear leftover towers if the door stays locked.
3. Zanara & Astralym
Level 80 typeless finale. Astralym is boss-exclusive.
