In Palworld, the top-tier Pals you want will depend on what you need at the moment and the group of Pals you have access to. So, if you’ve got a task that demands Kindling, you should assign your best Kindling Pal to it. Ultimately, the goal is to gather the cream of the crop Pals for every task you can imagine and make them work for you.

However, when you’re just starting out, the smart move is to collect Pals who excel in as many Work Suitability as possible. This way, you can make the most of your initially limited pool of available Pals.
